  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt fraud, or interfere with its functionality.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

  • Our collections are offered under our proprietary brand and produced to our specifications.

  • Each piece is crafted using premium materials; however, natural variations in colour, grain, texture, and finish are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.

  • Product images, lifestyle photography, and renders are for illustrative purposes only.

  • Dimensions and weights are approximate and may vary slightly.

  • We reserve the right to refine, modify, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

Orders & Payment 

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

  • Orders are only accepted once payment is received and you receive an order confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, artisan and supplier limitations, or suspected fraud.


5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and include/exclude VAT where stated.

  • Payment methods accepted: Visa Debit/Credit Card, Mastercard, Klarna, PayPal.

  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Processing, Shipping & Delivery

6. Processing, Delivery & Shipping

  • All items are prepared and processed after an order is placed.

  • Processing times may take up to 10 business days or longer during peak periods.

  • Estimated delivery times range from 4 to 6 weeks after processing.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to production schedules, logistics partners, customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier capacity, or other events beyond our control.

  • Orders are shipped within the United States only.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that delivery access is suitable for large or heavy items, including elevators, stair access, doorway clearance, and on-site assistance if required.

  • Failed, missed, or refused deliveries may incur re-delivery, storage, or return-to-origin fees, which will be charged to the customer.


6.1 Delivery Methods

  • Curbside Delivery: Items are delivered to the curb or driveway at street level. No unpacking, placement, or removal of packaging is included.

  • Threshold Delivery: Items are delivered to the first dry, ground-level entry of the residence. No stairs, unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal is included.

  • White Glove Delivery (where available): Includes in-room placement, unpacking, basic assembly, and removal of packaging. White Glove services must be selected at checkout where offered and are subject to scheduling availability.


​​Delivery method availability varies by location and item. We reserve the right to substitute delivery methods where necessary.

 
7. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery.

  • Delivery confirmation by the carrier constitutes fulfillment of your order.

  • Ownership of goods passes once full payment has been received.

  • You are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery and reporting issues within 48 hours.

Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including text, images, branding, and design, is owned by or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

Account Suspension & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these T&Cs or engage in fraudulent activity.

Privacy 

  • Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using this website, you consent to such processing.

Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these T&Cs at any time.

  • Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website.

Governing Law

  • These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
